Mrs. Andrea Kahnwald has joined our dental team in October 2017 and originally comes from the hotel business. A real stroke of luck for us, as the qualified restaurant specialist with this qualification is the ideal addition to our reception team. After professional stations in a large hotel in Mainz as well as a well-known dental practice in Wiesbaden, all patients can now look forward to an always cordial and always professional first contact by Mrs. Kahnwald when entering the practice. Even in stressful situations, she keeps an overall view, and a smile and a friendly word are never neglected.
In addition to conscientiousness, diligence and a high degree of sympathy and friendliness, Mrs. Kahnwald is characterized by very good communicative skills, so that she is always available to you as a trustworthy contact person for all matters relating to your visit to the practice. The main tasks are activities in the field of patient communication and administration and Ms. Kahnwald is also responsible for appointment management. In addition, she is responsible for quality management and ordering goods, so that all administrative activities in our practice are ideally staffed.
